By accessing this site or purchasing The Theater Tax™, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to purchase or access The Theater Tax™ materials.

License to the product

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access the digital materials for your own use. You may not share, resell, publish, or redistribute the files or their contents.

Community access (if provided)

Community spaces (e.g., Discord) are offered as a courtesy and may be modified or discontinued. We may remove access for harassment, spam, or abuse at our discretion. Community access may be revoked upon refund.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices and taxes may change at any time prior to purchase. See our Refund Policy for details. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

No promises / educational use

The Theater Tax™ provides educational content and frameworks. We do not guarantee any particular results. Nothing here is medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

IP rights

All content is owned by The Theater Tax™ / Eric Forsell and protected by copyright and other laws. “Will” is the public author persona of the materials.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the materials or site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts of law. Venue and jurisdiction lie in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
