- Usage/analytics: basic device and interaction data (e.g., pages viewed, referrer). We may use a privacy‑first analytics tool (e.g., Plausible) or Google Analytics as configured.
- Cookies: essential cookies for checkout/functional features and optional analytics cookies.
How we use information
- To fulfill purchases and deliver digital products.

- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers necessary to run The Theater Tax™, such as payment processing (Stripe), hosting/CDN, email service providers, and analytics. Data retention
Order records are retained as long as reasonably necessary for our operations and to satisfy legal requirements (typically up to 5–7 years). Support emails are retained as needed to operate the service.

The Theater Tax™ is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
